Todd Walton has spent 20 years building alongside nonprofits, civic organizations, and mission-driven leaders. From 13 years with the Rainbow PUSH Coalition to nearly a decade advising Dr. Mae Jemison (the first Black woman in space), to 10 years shaping programming at Donda's House on Chicago's South Side, his work has always been rooted in genuine connection and real infrastructure. He's served on the Associate Board of the Art Institute of Chicago, founded The Hip Hop Democrat in 2008, and currently consults with the Harold Washington Cultural Center and Together We Build Better.
His consulting practice, Project Baseline, has been operating since 2009. Todd understands the gap between a strong mission and the infrastructure needed to sustain it, and he builds the bridge between the two.
